中红杨光合特性与色素理化性质研究

【摘要】 比较分析中红杨与2025叶片光合特性和色素含量的差异。结果表明,中红杨叶片中叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花色素苷含量均显著高于2025,净光合速率明显低于2025,说明光合能力降低并不是叶绿素含量的差异造成的,并且可以认为中红杨叶片呈现紫红色的直接原因是同时含有较多的叶绿素和花色素苷。

【Abstract】 The differences in photosynthetic characteristics and pigment contents between Populus × euramericana ‘zhonghong’and Populus Linn 2025 were studied.The result showed that the contents of chlorophyl,carotenoids and anthocyanin in the leaf of Populus ×euramericana ‘zhonghong’was much more than that of Populus Linn 2025,but the photosynthetic ability of Populus ×euramericana ‘zhonghong’ was lower than that of Populus Linn 2025.The difference of photosynthetic activity between Populus × euramericana ‘zhonghong’and Populus Linn 2025was not due to the content of photosynthetic pigments,and Populus ×euramericana ‘zhonghong’can be considered in the red amaranth leaves showed the direct cause of the same time contain more chlorophyll and anthocyanin.
