基于DataTaker采集器的传感器连接自动切换系统
Automatic Switching System for Connection of Sensors Based on DataTaker Collectors
【摘要】 针对传统大跨度桥梁结构监测数据采集系统存在的数据采集成本高、效率低等问题,提出了基于DataTaker采集器的传感器连接自动切换系统.该系统将传感器与采集器的连接方式由直接相连变为通过集线器及控制器相连,并利用DataTaker采集器输出的数字信号激发控制器,由控制器对集线器与传感器的连接进行自动切换,以完成采集器对传感器的数据采集.通过实验室测试,验证了该系统具有可靠性高、稳定性好的特点.将该系统应用于一大跨度拱桥的应力监测,发现该系统有效地降低了监测成本,提高了数据采集、存储与传输的效率,具有较强的实用性.
【Abstract】 In order to overcome the high cost and low efficiency of the conventional data acquisition systems for structure monitoring of long-span bridges,an automatic switching system is proposed for the connection of sensors based on DataTaker collectors.In the proposed system,the conventional direct connection between sensors and collectors is changed into an indirect connection through hubs and controllers,and the automatic switching between the hubs and sensors is implemented via the controllers excited by the digital signals output from the DataTaker collectors.Thus,the data from different sensors are effectively collected.Laboratory tests demonstrate that the proposed system is of high reliability and good stability.Moreover,the application of the system to the stress monitoring of a large-span arch bridge shows that the automatic switching system with good practicability effectively reduces the cost of stress measurement and improves the efficiency of data acquiring,data saving and transmission.
