【摘要】 为了改进传统的隧道病害治理方法,可在隧道衬砌背后的空洞中灌注轻质土.文中针对轻质土的工程特性,分析了MT-FQG型风压灌浆罐等设备的优点,并结合灌注试验,获得了气泡混合轻质土的施工特性和工程参数.在此基础上,提出了一种轻质土仰灌新型施工技术,这项技术包含成孔、二次注浆、灌注工艺流程和检测等多个关键环节.最后通过鲘门隧道大规模空洞灌注工程实践,证明了这种施工技术的经济价值.更多还原

【Abstract】 As compared with the conventional methods to repair tunnel diseases,the casting of light soil to the cavities at the tunnel lining back is more effective.In this paper,the advantages of casting equipment including MT-FQG wind-pressure pouring bottles were analyzed according to the characteristics of light soil,and the engineering characteristics and parameters for foamed light soil were determined.Moreover,a new up-casting construction technique was proposed,which consists of several key steps such as the boring,the second pouring,the pouring and the checking.The proposed technique was finally applied to the filling construction of large-scale cavities in Houmen Tunnel, the results indicating its economic value.更多还原
