【摘要】 乡村人居环境是人居环境系统中不可分割的组成部分,同时也是我国社会主义新乡村建设的重要内容.以村庄作为研究尺度,以镇江典型村庄为例,构建包括乡村人居环境建设水平评价体系和村民满意度评价体系两个方面的乡村人居环境评价模型,从客观建设水平和主观感知度进行双方面评价,并对两者的评价结果及其相互差异进行了剖析,指出乡村人居环境实际建设水平是村民满意度形成的物质基础,而社会心理因素是导致满意度偏离的主要原因.更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural human settlements are an integral part in urban and rural human settlements complicated system.They are also an important aspect of developing new socialist countries in our country nowadays.This article takes Zhenjiang as an inspecting region and villages in this area as researching scale,sets up evaluation models for rural human settlements and makes it carried out the evaluation of rural human settlements in Zhenjiang.At last,the paper analyzes the evaluation results and draws the conclusion as follows:①The objective construction level of human settlements is a physical basis for formation of villagers satisfaction.②The social psychologies are the dominating reasons for the difference of villagers satisfaction.更多还原
