【摘要】 在2005年至2007年的宏观调控中,我国的房价非但没有稳定,反而一直处于攀升状态,2007年更是呈现继续上扬的趋势。高扬的房价已成为社会普遍关注的问题,勾起人们回想1992年至1993年北海、海南房地产泡沫记忆。通过比照当前与1992年两个时期的房价、地价上涨的幅度和速度,发现两个时期有一些相似又有许多不同。因此,当前的房地产热是否会引发新一轮通货膨胀,应引起各方的高度重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 In macroregulation of 2005-2007,China′s housing prices have not been stable,instead,it′s been in an increasing rise,especially in 2007.The high housing price has become a common focus for the society.We still the remember Roam of real estate in Beihai and Hainan in 1992-1993.It′s found that there are many similarities between the two periods,comparing the present housing prices,extent and speed of land prices rising with that of 1992.Therefore,the present heat of real estate should be put a high premium by various communities.更多还原
