【Abstract】 Research progress of metal catalysts and catalytic process for the hydrogenation of glucose to sorbitol are reviewed.The hydrogenation activities,stabilities and selectivities of various catalysts are analyzed and the advantages and disadvantages in the industrial application are pointed.The trends in this field are to promote the activity and stability of Ru catalysts,reduce the leaching of Ni catalysts,develop the continuous process and recover the noble metals of catalysts.更多还原
