超声波/双氧水提高克林霉素废水可生化性实验

【摘要】 采用超声波/双氧水联合处理克林霉素废水,以提高废水的可生化性。以好氧呼吸速率(OUR)为指标,通过正交实验考察了超声波功率、双氧水用量、废水初始pH值及反应时间对处理出水可生化性的影响,得出了上述因素的影响次序:双氧水用量>超声波功率>反应时间>废水初始pH值。通过单因素实验得出最佳工艺条件为:双氧水投加量0.2 mL/L废水,超声波功率80 W,反应时间30 min,初始pH值9.0。在此最佳工艺条件下,OUR=0.511mg/(g.min),相比于处理前OUR=0 mg/(g.min),废水的可生化性得到显著提高,有利于后续生物处理。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the biodegradability of the waste water,ultrasound with hydrogen peroxide is used to deal with clindamycin waste water.The oxygen uptake rate(OUR)is used as the index to indicate the biodegradability.The orthogonal experimental results show that the sequence of influencing factors is that the consumption of hydrogen peroxide>ultrasonic intensity>reaction time>the initial pH value of waste water.Besides,the optimum conditions are got through the single-factor test that the hydrogen peroxide dose is 0.2 mL/L,the ultrasonic intensity is 80 W,the reaction time is 30 minutes and the initial pH value is 9.0.Under this condition,OUR=0.511 mg/(g·min),comparing with the former OUR=0 mg/(g·min)untreated,the biodegradability of clindamycin waste water is improved significantly,which is favorable to the subsequent biological treatment.
