高原人附红细胞体对成年家兔感染的实验研究

【摘要】 目的通过不同方式、剂量人工接种,尝试用人附红细胞体感染移居高原(海拔3700m)的成年家兔,观察高原环境下人附红细胞体是否感染家兔及接种方式与剂量对感染的影响。方法随机选取移居高原适应30天以上的成年家兔,经耳静脉、腹腔、皮下接种人附红细胞体,之后连续30天检测相关指标。结果三种接种方式均可成功感染家兔,接种后第4~9天在成年家兔血液中可检测到附红细胞体,接种后第15~16天附红细胞体感染率达到高峰,接种后第28天附红细胞体逐渐消失;不同接种方式、剂量可致感染窗口期不同,耳静脉接种较其他方式接种窗口期早3天出现,高剂量接种较低剂量接种窗口期早2天出现;不同接种方式、不同接种剂量附红细胞体高峰期和消失期的出现基本相同。结论高原环境下人附红细胞体可以感染家兔,接种方式与剂量对感染有一定影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate if eperythrozoon that has infected human beings can infect rabbits at high plateau and if the inoculation sites and dosage will influence infection.Methods Adult rabbits were transferred to Lhasa and raised there for 30 days, then divided randomly into 12 groups respectively. The rabbits in nine groups were respectively injected with 0.5, 1.0 or 2.0 ml blood from the patients infected with eperythrozoon through ear vein, abdominal cavity or subcutaneously. Infection parameters were measured in the following continuous 30 days.Results All rabbits that received inoculation at any site were successfully infected. The window period of infection was 4-9 days after inoculation, and the infection rate reached the peak 15-16 days after infection, and the eperythrozoon diminished gradually 28 days after inoculation. Different inoculation sites and dosage led to different start point of window period. High dose of inoculation through ear vein could move the window period ahead, but the inoculation at any site and of any dose led to the same peak period and elimination period.Conclusion Eperythrozoon could infect the rabbit at high altitude, the infection profile of which can be influenced by inoculation site and dosage.
