【Abstract】 There exist close relations between the rapid development of central area and agriculture or rural promotion.One of the patterns that are suitable for this area is to promote the regional economy where the processing industry of agricultural products should play the leading role.We’ve investigated 100 flour processing enterprises in the east of Henan province,and analyzed the received investigation materials,finally it demonstrate that scale economy is the key to flour processing enterprise development and our conclusion further emphasizes on scalization and centralization will be the main melody of Chinese flour processing industry development in the future.更多还原
