【摘要】 采用醇提法对海南催吐萝芙木的生物碱化合物进行了提取分离,并采用大孔树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等反复柱层析手段及重结晶法对浸膏进行了分离纯化,得到了3个单体化合物,同时通过理化性质和现代分析测试技术(如IR,LC-MS,¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR,¹H-¹HCOSY,HSQC,HMBC等)确定了各化合物的结构,它们分别被鉴定为:利血平、利血匹林、萝芙木新碱,其中,萝芙木新碱为首次从该植物中分离得到的化合物,为新化合物.更多还原

【Abstract】 Three single alkaloid compounds were obtained from Hainan Rauvolfia by ethanol extraction,Sephadex LH-20,and chloroform method.The structures of these compounds are identified by physical-chemical con- stants and modern test and analysis technologies,including IR,LC-MS,¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR,¹H-¹HCOSY, HSQC,HMBC,etc.They are reserpine,and new rauvolfia alkaloid.The rauvolfia alkaloid was isolated for the first time from Hainan Rauvolfia.更多还原
