【摘要】 科学发展观指导行政发展价值选择的内在机制主要包含三个方面:一是科学的行政发展价值选择引导机制,它通过作用于行政发展中观念形态的价值选择与非观念形态的价值创造行为,指引着行政发展朝着与科学发展观相适应的轨道运行;二是强劲的行政发展价值选择动力机制,它提供了一种理想与现实的张力,成为行政主体作出合理的价值选择的动力供给源;三是合理的行政发展价值选择约束机制,通过合目的性与合规律性的双重约束,科学发展观能够有效地减少或避免行政发展价值选择中的偏误。更多还原

【Abstract】 The internal mechanism of the scientific development view guiding the value choice of administrative development includes mainly three aspects: the first one is the scientific guiding mechanism of administrative development value choice,which guides the administrative development to follow the path of scientific development view through acting on the value choice of the ideology and the value creation behavior of non-ideology in the administrative development.The second one is the powerful dynamic mechanism of administrative development value choice,which provides a kind of tension of ideal and reality,becoming the dynamic supplying source of administrative mainstay making reasonable value choice.The third one is the reasonable restriction mechanism of administrative development value choice,with whose double restrictions of purposivencess and integrated regularity,the scientific development view can reduce or avoid effectively the mistakes in administrative development value choice.更多还原
