【摘要】 目的探讨膀胱移行细胞癌患者尿脱落细胞CD44v6 mRNA的表达及其临床意义。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测膀胱移行细胞癌37例,所有患者行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术或膀胱部分切除术;20例泌尿科非肿瘤患者以及10例健康志愿者尿脱落细胞CD44v6 mRNA的表达设为对照组。结果术前37例膀胱移行细胞癌中有29例尿脱落细胞CD44v6 mRNA表达阳性,阳性率为78.4%,术后2周37例膀胱移行细胞癌尿脱落细胞CD44v6 mRNA表达均为阴性;20例泌尿科非肿瘤患者以及10例健康志愿者尿脱落细胞CD44v6 mRNA表达均为阴性。结论尿脱落细胞CD44v6 mRNA的表达阳性可以作为膀胱移行细胞癌的证据之一,有助于膀胱移行细胞癌的筛选和术后随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine detection of CD44v6 mRNA expressions in exfoliated urothelial cells in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder(TCCB) by using RT-PCR could provide a novel tool for the diagnosis of TCCB.Methods CD44v6 mRNA in exfoliated urothelial cells in 37 TCCB patients who received transurethral resection of the bladder tumor or partial cystectomy,20 non-cancerous patients and 10 healthy volunteers was detected.GAPDH was used as a general marker for normal cells.CD44v6 and GAPDH were amplified by using RT-PCR.Results Preoperatively 29 of 37 patients with TCCB showed CD44v6 mRNA expressions in exfoliated urothelial cells,positive rate 78.4%.All the 37 patients with TCCB showed no CD44v6 mRNA signals postoperatively.None of control subjects had CD44v6 mRNA signals.Conclusions CD44v6 mRNA is applicable to detect cancer cells in exfoliated urothelial cells of TCCB,and may help to screen and follow-up TCCB.更多还原
