【摘要】 简述了修理级别分析的目的和作用,探讨了与维修级别的关系,介绍了修理级别分析的总体流程,分别叙述了简化的决策树法、报废与修理的对比法、基于AHP的修理级别分析法、系统分级与费用法、基于事件估算费用法、基于灰局势决策理论的分析法、模块化装备修理级别分析法、相似产品法和德尔菲法,并讨论了各种方法的优缺点,在此基础上提出了装备设计采用模块化的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper briefly discusses purpose and functions of the Level of Repair Analysis(LORA),explores the relationship with maintenance level and introduces LORA overall flow.Simplified decision tree method,contrast method of discard and repair,AHP-based LORA method,system level of partition and cost method,cost estimation method based on event,LORA method based on gray decision,modular equipment LORA method,similar product method and Delphi method are discussed respectively.The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are discussed as well.Proposal of modular equipment design is proposed based on these更多还原
