【摘要】 目的评估射频热凝固疗法治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法对射频热凝固疗法行黏膜下子宫肌瘤切除术60例与对照组传统经腹治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤(全子宫切除术)60例的手术时间、术中出血、术后肠粘连及住院天数进行比较。结果射频热凝固疗法治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤手术时间短,术中出血少,术后无肠粘连,住院天数短。结论射频热凝固疗法,有利于黏膜下子宫肌瘤的治疗。它是一种创伤小、恢复快,并能为大多数妇女保留生育功能的微创手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the clinical effect of submucosa hysteromyoma treated with RF thermocoagulation.Methods 60 cases of such patient were underwent this method and compared with 60 cases of normal hysterectomy in operative time,bleeding during operation,adhesion and hospitalization.Results The RF thermocoagulation had short time,less bleeding and hospitalization without adhesion.Conclusion This method might be less injury,rapid recovery mini-invasive surgery that benefit for women.更多还原
