【摘要】 目的为确保临床用药的效果,对中药固齿缓释剂进行抗炎作用的检测。方法对小鼠足趾通过皮下注射10%鸡蛋清致炎,用"派丽奥"盐酸米诺环素软膏组(0.05 mL/20 g)和固齿缓释剂3个剂量组(20%、10%、5%V/V、0.05 mL/20 g)分别涂药1次,对照组涂以相同量的蒸馏水0.05 mL/20 g,1 h后各实验组以蒸馏水洗去药物,15 min后处死动物,求出肿胀抑制率(%)。结果20%固齿缓释剂有明显抑制小鼠足趾肿胀的作用,"派丽奥"盐酸米诺环素软膏组有同样的作用。结论该制剂具有抗炎作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To ensure the effectiveness of clinical medication,detecting the anti-inflammatory action of traditional Chinese medicine Gu Chi local slow release delivery agent.Methods Hypodermic injecting 10% albumen into mouse toe,Periocline、 traditional Chinese medicine Gu Chi local slow release delivery agent(20%、10%、5% V/V、0.05 mL/20 g) and distillec water were applied.Drug was washed-out by distillec water after 1 hour.Animals were executed after 15 inutes.Inhibition ratio of engorge was calculated.Results Traditional Chinese medicine Gu Chi local slow release delivery agent(20%) has the effectiveness of abaissementing engorge,Periocline has the same effectiveness.Conclusion The praeparatum has the effectiveness of antiinflammatory.更多还原
