【摘要】 目的探讨氟比洛芬酯脂微球载体注射液用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术超前镇痛的作用。方法ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,择期行腹腔镜手术患者60例,随机分为3组,每组20例。Ⅰ组患者术前5 min静脉缓慢注射氟比洛芬酯100 mg;Ⅱ组于术后患者苏醒,拔除气管导管后缓注氟比洛芬酯100 mg;Ⅲ组不注射氟比洛芬酯。分别记录3组患者术后2,6,12 h的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、咽喉疼痛的发生率以及YU麻醉镇痛相关的不良反应。结果术后2 h,6 h的VAS评分Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组明显低于Ⅲ组(P<0.05),VAS评分从小到大为:Ⅰ<Ⅱ<Ⅲ,但Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);术后12 h 3组间VAS评分均无显著性差异(P>0.05);3组术后咽喉疼痛的发生率分别为20.0%,32.3%和55.0%;3组的不良反应差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯脂微球载体注射液镇痛效果良好,可明显减轻全麻术后咽喉痛,有一定的预注作用,且不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the analgesia effect of flurbiprofen injection for cholecystectomy with laparoscope.Methods 60 cases of such patient with ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ were divided into 3 groups.Group Ⅰ was injected with flurbiprofen 100mg preoperation intravenously.Group Ⅱ was injected flurbiprofen 100mg after recover and extubation.Group Ⅲ was as control.The VAS,soar throat and YU side effect were recorded 2,6 and 12 h after operation.Results The VAS score at 2,6 h after operation in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were lower than that in group Ⅲ with P<0.05.The order was Ⅰ<Ⅱ<Ⅲ.The soar throat were 20.0%,32.3% and 55.0% in three groups.There was no significant difference in side effect.Conclusion The flurbiprofen might have better analgesia effect with less soar throat after general anesthesia.更多还原
