【摘要】 目的观察阿维A胶囊口服联合NB-UVB照射治疗银屑病的疗效及安全性。方法治疗组53例患者采用阿维A胶囊口服配合NB-UVB每周3次照射,共治疗6周。对照组单用NB-UVB照射,每周3次,治疗6周。用PASI积分评价疗效,并记录不良反应。结果阿维A联合NB-UVB光疗法的疗效显著优于单用NB-UVB光疗,并可使窄谱中波紫外线的总暴露量明显减少。结论阿维A联合NB-UVB光疗法是一种值得推广的治疗银屑病的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observing therapeutic effect and safety property of oral acitretin combing with NB-UVB phototherapy for psoriasis.Methods The cure term:Oral acitretin combing with NB-UVB phototherapy on three times a week to treat 53 cases patients of psoriasis,for 6 weeks.The contrast team: monotherapy with NB-UVB,three times a week to treat 50 cases patients of psoriasis.Results The present study showed that oral acitretin combing with NB-UVB was more effective than monotherapy with NB-UVB.Compared with UVB alone,the combination therapy can shorten the treatment frepuency and reduced total UVB exposure dose.Conclusion The combination therapy is a recommendable methed for treating psoriasis.更多还原
