【摘要】 目的预防紫杉醇过敏反应,提高护理效率。方法将582例卵巢癌患者分为对照组(202例)和观察组(380例),采用紫杉醇治疗时,对照组采用专人特护3~5h,用多参数监护仪监测患者脉搏、血压、呼吸及血氧饱和度;观察组专人监护15min,于用药后5、10、15、30min分别测脉搏、血压和呼吸及血氧饱和度。结果两组过敏反应发生率及发生时间比较,差异无显著性意义(均P>0.05);观察组例均累计监护时间、监护仪天均监护例数、患者满意度显著优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论时间位点管理可在保证患者安全治疗的同时显著提高护理工作效率,有效缓解了病区护理工作量不断增多、护士编制偏少的供需矛盾。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To prevent the allergic reaction of paclitaxol and improve the work efficiency of nurses. Methods A total of 582 patients with ovarian cancer were divided into a control group (202 cases) and an observation group (380 cases). In the control group, one patient was nursed specially for 3-5 h, and the multiple-parameter monitor was applied for collecting the data of rate of pulse, blood pressure, breath frequecy and the saturation of blood oxygen, when used paclitaxol, while in the observation group, the special nursing time was only lasted 15 min, the above mentioned indicators were monitored at the 5, 10, 15, 30 min after drug admin is trating.Results The occurrence rate and time of allergic reaction between the control group and the observation group showed no significant differencs (P>0.05 for both). The accumulating monitor time per patient, the monitor used by patients per day and the patients’ satisification in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.01 for all). Conclusion The time-point management for the nurses can both guarantee the patients’ safty and improve the work efficiency, which can relieve the confliction of ever increasing nursing work and the lack of clinical nurses.更多还原
