【摘要】 目的探讨男性手术患者留置导尿管术操作流程改进的方法及其效果。方法将术前需要留置导尿管的80例男性患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组采用新流程留置导尿管,对照组按常规操作方法留置导尿管。结果对照组留置导尿管术操作时间为(550.63±26.99)s,消毒液用量(40.25±3.94)ml,导尿用物材料费为(29.11±0.08)元;观察组分别为(118.53±25.96)s、(10.70±1.28)ml及(10.41±0.03)元,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.01)。两组留置导尿管期间均未发生泌尿系统感染和拔管后尿潴留等导尿并发症。结论新流程留置导尿管术可降低护理成本、方法简单、无菌程度高、保护患者自尊,优于常规留置导尿管术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the feasibility of modifying the procedures of inserting an indwelling urinary catheter in male Patients. Methods Eighty male patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with each group having 40 cases. Patients in the observation group were catheterized with improved procedure while those in the control group with routine procedure. Results The time needed for inserting indwelling urinary catheter in the control group was 550.63±26.99 s, the amount of consumed disinfection liquid was 40.25±3.94 ml, and the cost of material consumption was 29.11±0.08 RMB. The counterparts in the observation group were 118.53±25.96 s, 10.70±1.28 ml, 10.41±0.03 RMB respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01 for all ). Both groups didn’t develop complications such as urinary tract infection and retention. Conclusion The improved catheterization procedure can decrease the cost of nursing service, protect the patients’ self-esteem, keep the procedure aseptic and is easy to perform.更多还原
