【摘要】 目的:分析重型颅脑损伤病人肠内营养支持存在的护理问题,提出对策。方法:分析病人的具体护理问题,制定个体化的喂养计划,并不断调整,选择适当的鼻饲方法,妥善解决各种问题。结果:通过护士认真观察、细致护理,肠内营养并发症的发生率明显降低。结论:在对颅脑损伤病人肠内营养支持治疗时,只要护理得当,采取有针对性的护理措施,可有效避免各项护理问题的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse existing and potential nursing question when severe cerebral injury patient is gived enteral nutrition supporting,propose the solution method.Methods: Discovers and analyzes patient’s concrete nursing question,formulation the plan of feeding that has the individuation,and continual readjustment,chooses the suitable nasal feeding method,solves each kind of question properly.Results:Observes earnestly and careful nursing through nurse,enteral nutrition complication formation rate is lower than the literature report.Conclusion:When severe cerebral injury patient gived enteral nutrition supporting,so long as nurses appropriately,through takes the target-oriented nursing measure,can avoid each nursing question effectively the occurrence.更多还原
