【Abstract】 The regional industrial competitive power is a kind of comprehensive ability when the competitive parts fight for resources and markets.This ability displays in many sides.It includes the real-life productivity,such as the marketing influential power and resource efficiency.It includes the potential competitive power as well,such as capacity of innovation.In the article,the authors invent the evaluation index system,using factorial method with the help of SPSS applicant software,for the western regional industrial power.They analyze and evaluate the practical cases of the western regions.更多还原
