【摘要】 目的了解婴幼儿家长的尿布皮炎防治知识认知现状,探讨健康教育对提高家长的认知和降低尿布皮炎发生率的效果。方法自行设计调查问卷,对56名婴幼儿(<2岁)家长进行尿布皮炎防治知识的认知调查,并对其开展相关知识教育。结果干预后教育对象对相关知识的认知程度有显著提高(P<0.01),婴幼儿尿布皮炎的发生率较干预前有明显下降(P<0.01)。结论通过行之有效的健康教育,能提高家长对尿布皮炎的认知程度,同时降低婴幼儿尿布皮炎的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the parents’ cognitive situation of the knowledge on prevention and cure of diaper dermatitis for the newborn and analyze the effect of health education on improving parents’ cognition and reduce the incidence of diaper dermatitis.Method Investigate parents of 52 infants(<2 years old)on the knowledge of prevention and cure of diaper dermatitis by self-designed questionnaire.Then give the education of related knowledge.Result The cognition of related knowledge is improved obviously after intervention(P<0.01).The incidence of diaper dermatitis for the newborn reduces obviously after intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion Effective education method can improve the cognitive level of diaper dermatitis for parents and reduce the incidence of diaper dermatitis for newborn.更多还原
