浅议警察法治建设
On the Construction of Policing Nomocracy
【摘要】 为了使警察法律法规真正成为"良法"、"善法,"应当健全警察立法制度,确定法治的实质与形式基本原则。同时,对警察法治的发展进程、法治推进的方式应有明确的认识。
【Abstract】 In order to make the police law and regulations become "good law",we should perfect the system of police legislation,establish the basic real and formal principles of nomocracy and have a clear knowledge about the development and moving of the nomocracy.
