【Abstract】 The action of youngsters is"not person’s action".When we deal with juvenile delinquency,we should focus on not action but person.So as we handle the problem of juvenile delinquency,we should pay attention to"educate,transform and rescue", not only simple punishment So we must change the punishment view from the retaliatism to educationism and protectism.We should further regulate and improve the system of legislature on juvenile delinquency in our country,make out a systematic law only for juvenile delinquency.Only in that way the problem of juvenile delinquency can be resolved.更多还原
