长期定位施肥对设施土壤团聚体内颗粒有机碳含量的影响

【摘要】 以长期定位施肥的设施土壤为材料,采用土壤有机碳物理分组方法,研究了长期定位施肥对团聚体内颗粒有机碳(POM C)含量的影响。结果表明,有机肥和有机无机肥配施处理下的土壤大团聚体内微团聚体之间的粗POM和单施无机肥处理的粗POM平均碳含量要比不施肥高6.97倍和4.85倍。施肥对细POM C浓度的影响没有明显规律。长期施用有机肥料或配施无机肥(除AN处理外)还提高了大团聚体包裹的微团聚体内(intra-mM)的和游离微团聚体内的(free intra-m)POM C含量,而无机肥的施用却导致了intra-mM和free intra-mPOM C含量下降22.5%~21.1%。

【Abstract】 A long-term field experiment was carried out in Shenyang City,Liaoning Province,China.The objective of this study was to use soil organic matter(SOM) fractionation techniques to study the effect of long-term application of fertilizers on soil intra-aggregate particulate organic carbon content.The results indicated that application of organic manure or inorganic fertilizer improved inter-microaggregate within 250-2000 m macroaggregate POM C content,average coarse POM C content were increase 6.97 and 4.85 times compare with no fertilizer.The fine POM C content was an erratically change in different fertilization treatment.The POM C content was significantly higher in fine POM than coarse POM.In addition,Application of organic manure or combined with inorganic fertilizers significantly increased intra-microaggregate within 250-2000 m macroaggregate and free intra-microaggregate POM C content(except AN treatment).However,inorganic fertilizers resulted in POM C content decrease by 22.5%~21.1%.
