乳化型生物燃油排放特性的试验研究

【摘要】 将生物燃油与0#柴油进行乳化后,制成B10、B15、B20乳化型生物燃油,在发动机实验台架上,柴油机转速为1500r·min-1时考察B10,B15,B20燃料的HC、CO、PM、NOx排放特性。研究结果表明:在一定转速下,柴油机燃用乳化型生物柴油的HC、CO、PM排放比柴油要高,而且随着生物燃油比例的增大逐渐增多,但均未超过国家排放标准;柴油机燃用乳化型生物柴油的NOx排放量比柴油大幅度下降。

【Abstract】 Bio-oil and 0# diesel oil are emulsified to produce emulsion bio-oil which is marked as B10, B15 and B20. On the engine experimental workbench, emission characteristics of HC, CO, PM and NOx of B10, B15, B20are studied at the speed of 1 500r/min of diesel engine. The research results show that emission of HC, CO, PM are higher than it of diesel oil when emulsion bio-oil burns in diesel engine, the discharge value increases gradually with the increasing of ratio of bio-oil, but it does not exceed national emissions standards at a certain speed; emission of NOx when diesel engine burns emulsion bio-oil falls more sharply than burns diesel oil.
