【摘要】 随着社会经济的发展,能否接受高等教育越来越成为决定公民是否有机会实现社会地位升迁的重要因素。但是,高等教育作为一种稀缺资源,其被如何分配直接体现着一个机会是否平等的问题。文章对国内外高教发展中"机会平等"问题进行比较研究,在此基础上认识到在当前中国精英型高等教育模式向大众化高等教育模式转变的过程中,教育的可寻租性事实上不仅会导致有差别的机会平等的丧失,同时也会使得共享的机会平等的降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of society and economic,whether or not acquiring high education has become one of the most important factors for one person to promote his social status.However,as a kind of scarce resource,high education should be distributed efficiently and fairly.Based on the comparative research of the development of high education between China and western countries,we find that education rent seeking leads to the loss of differentiated chance equity,and may also weaken shared chance equity in the process of transforming elite education mode into public education mode.更多还原
