【摘要】 资源供给相对短缺已经并将继续成为严重制约我国转型期经济可持续增长和发展的瓶颈。而且,由于与环境、生态等问题扭结在一起,使其变得极为复杂和难解。通过构建了一个资源供给模型,并以我国转型期煤炭、电力资源供给的深度危机为例证,加强了人们对资源约束的认识。而如何从根本上提高我国资源的有效供给,彻底消除或缓解资源瓶颈对经济可持续发展的制约力则是摆在人们面前的严肃课题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The lack of resource is a bottleneck greatly restraining the sustainable development of China’s economy in transition.Moreover,it is complicated and intractable for this problem blended with environment and ecology.A model of resource supply has been builded up in the article,and some examples about the supply of coal and electric power strength our recognition to resource constraints.But it will be an eternal task for us to face-improving resource supply effectively and thoroughly,avoiding the resource bottleneck put on the sustainable development of economy in China.更多还原
