【Abstract】 To the governance of the commons,self-selected governance arrangement is in a position to take full advantage of good social capital and enhance the game players’ self-incentive and cooperation.For example,in the governance of Common pool resources,self-governing arrangement can well solve the problems such as behavioral incentive,action supervising,contract fulfillment and information efficiency,consequently,which ensures to the CPR a long-term sustainable and an effective governance.更多还原
