【摘要】 目的了解外科护士对职业风险的认知和防护行为。方法采用便利抽样法,应用自制职业风险认知及防护行为量表,对我院外科18个病区的100名护士进行调查。结果外科护士对职业风险的认知较高,100.00%的护士认为被污染的尖锐物品刺伤可能会感染HIV、HBV、HCV,但防护措施落实偏低,尤其是抽血、静脉注射时戴手套。结论医院应加强系统的职业安全教育,提供充足的防护物品,制定并落实相关政策和规章制度,减轻护士工作压力,保证防护措施落实到位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate surgical nurses’ occupational risk awareness and protective behaviors.Method One hundred nurses from 18 surgical wards in the hospital were selected with a convenient sampling method and completed a self-designed questionnaire.Results One hundred surgical nurses had higher level awareness towards occupational risks,but lower level of protective measures.All nurses considered that diseases transmitted through blood were the most common and dangerous risk factors,especially during drawing blood and intravenous injection.Conclusions Hospital managers should strengthen the comprehensive systemic education on occupational safety,provide adequate protective equipments,establish and implement related policies and regulations,reduce nurses’ work pressures,and effectively carry out protective measures.更多还原
