【摘要】 目的探讨有效的护理质量管理方法。方法组织各护理质量控制小组进行检查后,对检查中发现的问题进行整理,编写成护理工作简报,每月一期进行通报、学习、整改、追踪评价。结果病人满意度、护理质量各项目评分均优于实施前,护理差错发生率较实施前减少。结论护理工作简报的实施有效、可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effective methods of nursing quality management.Method Based on the problems collected from the cheek by the nursing quality control team,the nursing bulletin was reported and learned monthly,followed by the improvement and check up.Result This practice im- proved the patients’ satisfaction and quality of nursing,reduced nursing errors.Conclusion The practice of nursing bulletin is proved to be feasible and effective in nursing quality management.更多还原
