氧化纤维素氯化物的合成及表征
Synthesis and characterization of oxycellulose chloride
【摘要】 将微晶纤维素先用NaOH溶液进行活化,然后在酸性条件下,用NaIO4氧化2,3位成为醛基,使其成为氧化纤维素,再将其在DMF下用二氯亚砜进行六位氯化制得氧化纤维氯化产物。采用红外光谱和电子能谱对氧化纤维素氯化物进行了分析,结果表明,IR光谱中1 734cm-1处的吸收峰为醛基的伸缩振动,755 cm-1处吸收峰为碳氯键的伸缩振动,光电子能谱在200eV处有较强吸收,为氯原子的2p轨道电子结合能。
【Abstract】 Microcrystalline cellulose was activated with NaOH solution,then its C2-C3 bond was oxidized with NaIO4 to generate oxycellulose under the acidic condition.The hydroxy on C6 in oxycellulose was chlorinated with sulfur oxychloride in DMF to give oxycellulose chloride.The corresponding products were characterized by IR and X-ray photoelectron spectrum.In the infrared spectrum,the bands at 1 734 cm-1and 755 cm-1 result from stretching vibration of CHO and C-Cl bond respectively.In X-ray photoelectron spectrum,the strong absorption peaks at 200 eV is due to the binding energy of 2p orbit of chlorine atom.
