【摘要】 针对目前城市火灾风险控制能力薄弱的问题,首先运用层次分析方法计算出了4种控制能力各自所占的权重,进而提出了基于城市火灾风险的火灾控制能力数学模型,最后将模型应用于沈阳市皇姑区进行验证。上述分析结果,为城市消防力量与火灾风险评价提供了优化方案,满足了城市消防力量的优化配置目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Focus on the weak problem of the city’s fire control ability,this paper establishes a mathematical model to evaluate the city’s fire control ability based on the fire risk,and expounded the fire risk optimization relationship of the city fire control equipment and fire layout ability.The calculation result can used for optimization scheme of city’s fire capability and fire risk evaluation,meets the resources optimization allocation requirement in urban fire control power.更多还原
