聚丙烯酰胺降解菌分离鉴定及降解特性研究

【摘要】 聚丙烯酰胺,以hungate滚管法从含聚合物驱污水中分离出一株聚丙烯酰胺降解菌,命名为S10菌株.经生理生化、形态学鉴定为肠杆菌属,革兰氏阳性(G-),短杆状,产硫化氢,兼性厌氧。S10菌株能以聚丙烯酰胺为碳源,在不加碳源的含聚丙烯酰胺的培养基中生长。降解产物经气质联机分析表明,聚合物发生断链生成多种低分子量的化合物。在聚丙烯酰胺浓度为1000mg·L-1时,10d的降解率为24%,粘度下降40%。环境影响因子试验结果表明,S10菌株降解最佳条件为pH为8.0,温度为40℃,聚丙烯酰胺在较低的浓度,SO42-浓度为600mg·L-1

【Abstract】 Now polyacrylamide was used widely.A polyacrylamide degrading bacteria was isolated by hungate anaer- obic technique from waste water with polyacrylamide.The isolate was named S10.It was Enterobacter,gram-negative, periphyral flagella,short bacillus,anaerobic bacteria capable sulfate reduced to H2S by physiological and biochemical index and morpbologic.Living on PAM as the sole source of carbon source,lateral chain was degraded after the bacteria added by infrared.Gas Chromatography analysis showed that degradation was a lot of low molecular weight compounds.24% of PAM (1000 mg·L-1) was degraded in 10 days and viscosity of solution was reduced 40%.The experiments of degrada- tion factor showed that the best effect of degradation was pH 7.5,temperature 40℃,low of PAM,SO42-(600mg·L-1)
