【摘要】 目的:采用HPLC法测定阿维菌素的含量。方法:本法以外标法为基础,以Waters Symmetry^?C₁₈3.9×150mm为色谱柱,流动相组成为甲醇:水=85:15.检测波长为245nm,流速:1.0mL·min^-1。结果:线性范围为40～360μg.mL^-1.r=0.999,RSD=0.4JD（%,n=5）。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,适用于该产品的含量检验分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:A HPLC method was established for the determination of Cefetamet Pivoxil Hydrochloride. Methods:The chromatographic conditions were as Follows:Waters Symmetry C18 column（3.9×150mm）,Methanol:water =85:15 as a mobile phase,at a flow rate 1.0mL·min^-1,at detective wavelength 245nm.Results:The standard curve was linear in the range of 40～360μg.mL^-1,r=0.999,RSD=0.40（%,n=5）,Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid and accurate,it is appropriate for testing the ditermination of this product.更多还原
