强化UASB处理垃圾渗沥液的快速启动

【摘要】 实验研究了强化UASB反应器处理垃圾渗沥液的启动及其影响因素。结果表明:在启动温度为(35±1)℃,进水pH为7.3,CODCr为1122.40~2683.72mg/L时,通过一次投加粉煤灰和间歇投加阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,在运行20d左右开始出现颗粒污泥,40d左右基本颗粒化;对比实验表明,投加优势菌的UASB反应器较未投加优势菌的UASB反应器CODCr去除率可提高10%。

【Abstract】 Startup of reinforced UASB reactors for treating waste leachate and its impact factors were studied. The results showed that anaerobic granular sludge emerged in 20 days and anaerobic sludge could realize granulation basically in about 40 days in UASB reactors through adding fly ash once and cationic polyacrylamide intermittently,while startup temperature was (35±1)℃,pH of intake leachate was 7. 3,concentration of CODCr was 1 122. 40-2 683. 72 mg/L. Contrast test indicated that removal efficiency of CODCr in enhanced UASB reactor with superior flora was increased 10% compared with the control reactor.
