一种抗核化污染柔性包装材料的设计制作
Development of a sandwich material structure for radiation shielding soft wrapper
【摘要】 依据物资在核化污染环境下的包装要求,设计了一种由三种材料采用粘合技术复合而成的抗核化污染包装材料,将铅皮夹在外层辐射交联发泡材料和内层合成橡胶锦纶之间。并形成了粘合技术工艺和样品制作方法。对样品进行抗核化污染性能和各种机械性能试验、检测分析的结果表明,所涉及的软包装材料性能优异。
【Abstract】 According to requirements on packing materials against radiations and moisture,a soft wrapper in sandwich structure of three kinds of materials,namely a Pb sheet between a radiation cross-linked foamed polymer sheet(as the inner layer) and synthetic rubber and polyamide fabrics(as the outer layer),was designed.The method for binding the layers was developed.The test results show that the soft wrapper material has excellent performance,with promising future for applications.
