分光光度法测定水中溶解氧

【摘要】 研究用分光光度法间接测定水中溶解氧(DO)的方法,在水样中加入MnSO4和甲醛肟溶液,在pH为10.0~11.0的碱性溶液中,锰(Ⅱ)被溶解氧氧化为锰(Ⅳ),与甲醛肟生成棕色络合物,在波长λ=450nm条件下,用分光光度法测定其吸光度值,确定锰(Ⅳ)的含量,通过公式间接求得溶解氧的含量,DO的测定范围为0.6~12mg/L,此法对各种DO样品的测定结果与DO仪的结果高度吻合。

【Abstract】 It was studied the determination of DO in water by spectrophotometry.MnSO4 and formaldehyde oxime solution were added to water samples,Mn(Ⅱ)was oxidized to Mn(Ⅳ)by DO in alkaline solution with pH of 10.0~11.0 and then a brown complex was produced with formaldehyde oxime,whose absorbance value was determined by spectrophoto metry on condition of 450 nm wavelength,by which Mn(Ⅳ)content was got.Do content was obtained indirectly by a formula with a range of 0.6~12 mg/L.The results of DO samples were agreed well with those of DO gauges.
