【摘要】 目的评价更昔洛韦与卡介菌多糖核酸联合治疗老年人带状疱疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择108例老年带状疱疹患者,对照组52例,单用更昔洛韦;治疗组56例,给予更昔洛韦、卡介菌多糖核酸联合治疗。结果治疗组可明显缩短病程,减轻疼痛,止痛时间明显缩短,减少后遗症,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),2组均无严重不良反应发生。结论更昔洛韦联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗老年带状疱疹高效、安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The study was designed to evalute the efficacy and safety of ganciclovir plus BCG-PSN for herpes zoater treatment in aged patients.Methods 108 cases of patients with aged herpes zoster were enrolled,Fifty-two cases treated only with ganciclovir therapy were taken as controls,and the other 56 cases were treated both with ganciclovir and BCG-PSN therapy.Results The treatment group counld shorten pathogensis,relieve pain and reduce complcations.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).No serious adverse events were recorded in the two groups.Conclusion Ganciclovir plus BCG-PSN is a highly effective and safe drug for treating herpes zoster of aged patients.更多还原
