硒浓度对小球藻生长、生物富集的影响

【摘要】 研究了硒浓度对小球藻生长的影响,以及硒浓度对小球藻生物富集的影响,并对相关的可能机理进行了讨论。研究发现,高浓度的硒对小球藻生长具有抑制作用,当硒浓度超过1mg/L时会产生抑制作用;当硒浓度增至12mg/L时,发现藻细胞生长几乎停止。小球藻对硒的生物富集随着硒浓度的增加而增加,硒浓度为1mg/L时,藻体的硒含量为9.92μg/g;当硒浓度为8mg/L时,藻体的硒含量达到了83.66μg/g。小球藻富硒培养较适宜的硒添加浓度是4mg/L~8mg/L。

【Abstract】 The effects of Se concentration on the growth and bioaccumulation of Chlorella pyrenoidosa were investigated in detail.In addition,the relevant mechanisms were discussed.It was found that high Se concentration had inhibition effects on the culture of Chlorella pyrenoidosa,it also had inhibition effects when Se concentration exceeded 1mg/L.When Se concentration was up to 12mg/L,the growth of algae cell nearly stopped.Se bioaccumulation in Chlorella pyrenoidosa will rise up with the increase of Se concentration.When the Se concentration is 1mg/L,the Se content of Chlorella pyrenoidosa is 9.92μg/g.When the Se concentration is 8mg/L,the Se content of Chlorella pyrenoidosa is 83.66μg/g.On the basis of this study,the appropriate Se concentration range for Chlorella pyrenoidosa cultivation is about 4mg/L~8mg/L.
