孪链表面活性剂的合成及其在书刊纸脱墨中的应用
Synthesis of Gemini Surfanctants and Application in Deinking of Old Book Paper
【摘要】 以壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和三氯氧磷为原料,在BF3-乙醚溶液的催化作用下合成了不同聚合度的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯孪链表面活性剂。研究了其聚合度对书刊纸脱墨性能的影响,结果表明,较低聚合度的该类表面活性剂(n<6)具有良好的发泡性能,且脱墨效果优于对应的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯。
【Abstract】 Ethoxylated nonylphenol phosphate gemini surfanctants with different degree of polymerization were synthesized by using ethoxylated nonylphenol,glycol diglycidyl ether and Phosphorus oxychloride as raw materials and BF3-ethyl ether as catalyst.The influence of such surfanctants on old book paper deinking performace was studied,the results showed that such Surfanctants with low degree of polymerization(n<6) had good properties of the bubble ,and deinkability was superior to that of ethoxylated nonylphenol phosphate.
