电解铝微耗阳极的研究
Study on Inert Anode in Aluminium Electrolysis
【摘要】 研究了一种碳化物金属的微耗阳极的制备方法,并研究了该微耗阳极在冰晶石电解质中的抗腐蚀性,在电流20A左右,摩尔比为2.5的电解质中进行了长时间的电解。结果表明,电解后产生的铝的质量比较高,阳极的抗腐蚀性较好,腐蚀速率为49.0mm/a。
【Abstract】 In this paper it was studied that preparation method of one kind of metal base inert anode, and studies this inert anode in cryolite,both the current about 20 A, 2.5 molar ratio of the electrolyte for a long time electrolysis. The results showed that, after the electrolytic,the quality of aluminum is high, the anode erosive resistance is good about 49.0 mm /a.
