壳聚糖季铵盐对碳钢在模拟海水中的缓蚀性能研究
Study on the Corrosion Inhibitory Capability of Chitosan Quaternary Ammonium on Carbon Steel in Simulated Seawater
【摘要】 以盐酸三甲胺、环氧氯丙烷和壳聚糖为原料制备了水溶性的壳聚糖季铵盐,用红外光谱进行了表征。采用失重法和极化曲线法测定了壳聚糖季铵盐在模拟海水中对低碳钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明,壳聚糖季铵盐对碳钢/模拟海水体系具有良好的缓蚀效果,缓蚀效果随壳聚糖季铵盐浓度的增加先增加后略有下降,电化学实验结果表现出与失重法相同的趋势。同时,电化学实验的结果表明壳聚糖季铵盐在模拟海水中对A3钢的缓蚀作用为阳极抑制型机理。
【Abstract】 Chitosan quaternary ammonium was synthesized using trimethylamine hydrochloride,3-Chloro-1,2-epoxypropane and chitosan as raw materials,and the structure of the product was characterized by IR.The corrosion inhibitory capability of the product on A3 steel in simulated seawater was investigated by weightless method and polarization curve method.It can be concluded that chitosan quaternary ammonium is a good inhibitor for steel,and the electrochemical study reveals that chitosan quaternary ammonium behaves as an anode-restraining inhibitor for steel in simulated seawater.
