拉米夫定的合成和应用研究进展
Advancement in the Synthesis and Application of Lamivudine
【摘要】 拉米夫定是一种嘧啶核苷类抗病毒药物,主要用于慢性乙型肝炎的治疗。就拉米夫定的合成、作用机制、临床应用及毒副作用等方面的研究进展进行了综述。
【Abstract】 Lamivudine is a typical antivius agent of pyrimidine nucleoside,mainly used for the treatment of hepatitis B.The latest research in 1amivudine,including its synthesis,antivius mechanism,clinical application and toxicity,is reviewed in this study.
