底吹气中间包内钢液流动混合特性

【摘要】 为改善连铸板坯质量,通过水力学模拟研究了底吹气中间包内钢液的流动和混合特性.物理模拟结果表明,底吹气可以显著改善中间包内钢水流动特性,延长钢水在中间包内的停留时间,提高中间包内钢水的混合程度,减少死区体积,有利于夹杂物去除.吹气量为0.25m~3/h时,可以得到最佳的底吹气效果.

【Abstract】 In order to improve the quality of continuous casting steel slab,the flow and mixing characteristics of liquid steel in tundish were studied by hydraulics simulation.The physical modeling showed that gas bubbling could remarkably improve the fluid flow characteristics,increase residence time,enhance mixture degree of liquid steel,and decrease dead volume.Bottom gas blowing was beneficial to inclusion removal in tundish.The best results could be obtained with 0.25 m~3/h of gas rate blowing in this work.
