【Abstract】 Silver-coated glass microspheres were prepared by electroless plating.The appearance of the microspheres were observed by SEM and TEM,and the component were analysed by XRD,filling the silver-coated glass microspheres into epoxy resins,conductive adhesives were made and its conductivity was tested.The results indicated that the resistivity was low to 3×10-3Ω·cm,which can be used as conductive fillers to replace pure metal powders for conductive adhesive.更多还原
