利用蒙脱石层间域制备纳米银、氧化锌初探
Preliminary study of using the interlamellar space of montmorillonite to synthesis of nano-silver and zincoxide
【摘要】 以银氨和硝酸锌作为插层体,采用原位干法还原(非水介质下还原)成功制备出Ag/蒙脱石和ZnO/蒙脱石插层复合物。XRD表明,纳米银和氧化锌在蒙脱石层间粒度很小,氧化锌将蒙脱石层间距由1.32nm撑大到1.85nm。TEM直观地表现了Ag/蒙脱石和ZnO/蒙脱石插层复合物的形貌特征。两个实验的证明了在蒙脱石层间采用原位干法还原合成纳米金属是可行的,避免了因液态还原剂将纳米金属置换出来的问题。
【Abstract】 Using the silver-ammino and zinc nitrate to be the intercalation body,successfully prepared out Ag/montmorillonite and ZnO/montmorillonite intercalation complexe by dry in-situ reduction.XRD showed that silver and zinc oxide all were fine particle size in the montmorillonite interlamination.The montmorilllonite interlayer distance was increased from 1.32nm to 1.85nm by intercalation of zincoxide.The morphology of silver and zinc oxide in the montmorillonite interlamination was directly manifestation of the TEM by visual.The successes of two experiments proved that using the dry in-situ reduction to synthesis of nano-metals is feasible.Avoid the problem of nano-metal was replacement by the liquid reducing agent.
