溶聚丁苯橡胶-聚八甲基环四硅氧烷共聚物的合成
Synthesis of solution polymerization butadiene-styrene and polydimethysil oxane
【摘要】 以苯乙烯和丁二烯为原料,制备了末端含有C-Li的丁苯橡胶(S-SBR),以此SBR大分子活性链为引发剂,DMF为极性调节剂,引发八甲基环四硅氧烷的聚合,采用核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱、热谱分析等仪器对产物进行分析、表征。表明所合成的是S-SBR-聚八甲基环四硅氧烷共聚物。考察了S-SBR-聚八甲基环四硅氧烷共聚物与白炭黑的相容性能和不同活性大分子分子量及链端结构对八甲基环四硅氧烷的引发活性。
【Abstract】 Solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR) was synthesized to afford macro living chain,and subsequently copolymerized with dimethysiloxane to synthesize the S-SBR-PDMS.The influences of the molecular weight,and the end group of the living copolymer on polymerization were investigated.Compareing with living chain of polystyrene,only the living chain of polybutadiene can initiate polymerization of dimethysiloxane.While lower molecular weight of macro living chain of SSBR can initiate dimethysiloxane more effectively.The compatibility between SBR and silican was improved obviously after introducing-(CH3)2Si-O-chains in the polymer.The microstructures of the compounds were characterized by IR,NMR and DSC.
