载Ag白炭黑抗菌剂的制备及应用研究
Study on preparation and application of Ag-antibacterial white carbon black
【摘要】 采用白炭黑为载体,Ag+为抗菌离子,制得含Ag+杀菌活性成分的无机粉体抗菌材料。运用ICP检测材料中抗菌离子含量,利用菌落计数法计算材料的杀菌率,确定应用研究样品。将样品添加到原橡胶和金属镀件中,并研究两者性能的变化。实验表明,原橡胶和金属镀件添加了银型抗菌白炭黑后,不仅保持了本身的性能,还具有较好的抗菌性。
【Abstract】 The white carbon black was selected as carrier,and the inorganic antibacterial material was synthesized by supporting Ag+ on the carrier under certain condition.The content of antibacterial ion was characterized by ICP.The application of Ag-antibacterial white carbon black was studied.The results showed that when the Ag-antibacterial white carbon black was added into the rubber and on the surface of the metallic material they showed better capability of not only the intrinsic performance but also the antibacterial character.
