利用鲫鱼外周血红细胞微核技术对遗爱湖水质监测
Water quality monitoring of Yiai Lakes by means of peripheral erythrocyte micronucleus in Carassius Auratus
【摘要】 利用鲫鱼外周血红细胞微核技术连续三年对遗爱湖水质进行了监测。结果表明:三年来,遗爱湖的鲫鱼外周血红细胞微核率逐年增加,西湖同期鲫鱼细胞微核率明显高于东湖;遗爱湖水质级别指数连续三年GI>2.0,属于重度污染,呈逐年增加趋势;西湖水质级别指数,每年都高于东湖,污染程度更重于东湖。鱼类外周红细胞微核试验在水环境的遗传毒性监测方面具有较大的应用价值。
【Abstract】 Yiai Lakes,situated in Huangzhou,Hubei Province,consists of 3 parts: East Lake,West Lake and Lingjiao Lake.Using the peripheral erythrocyte micronucleus in Carassius Auratus,we have been consecutively monitoring the water quality of East Lake and West Lake for 3 years.The result shows that the peripheral erythrocyte micronucleus rate of Carassius Auratus has been increasing year by year;the rate in West Lake is much higher than that in East Lake;the water quality index(GI) of Yiai Lakes has been exceeding 2.0 for 3 years,which means that the Lakes has been badly polluted,and this trend is aggravating;GI of West Lake has been being higher than that of East Lake,which indicates that West Lake is polluted more seriously than East Lake.Our study proves that fish peripheral erythrocyte micronucleus test can be used in monitoring genotoxicity in water.
